The Cathedral's great organ, restored in 1996 by the Strasbourg organ builder Daniel Kern, offers a rich palette of sound thanks to its 56 stops, spread over three manuals and a pedalboard, making it well suited to the whole repertoire.

The Organo Pleno association, the friends of the Cathedral organs, having worked for the restoration of the organ, is now devoted to showcasing the instrument and to promoting the organ in all its forms.
